・Maintaining and developing relationships with existing assigned customers in person.
・Listening to customer enquiries/requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
・Survey, emails and cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business that aiming to meet/exceed target (KPI).
・Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and engineering specifications with customers and vendors.
・Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations for closing sales.
・Arranging product/part samples for submission to customer to obtain approval.
・Liaising with vendors to check the progress of new orders sales.
・Regular visit to customers for gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses stays and requirements.
・Follow-up with customers for overdue payment.
・Gathering market and customer information and report to superior as needed.
