・Mechanical design of the IC socket used in the semiconductor back-end process, according to customer's specifications.
・Development work including material selection and design verification for products which are increasing the sales.
応募要項・応募資格
・Degree in Mechanical Engineer with CGPA 3.0 & above
・Knowledge of Physical science
・Able to handle CAD operation(Solidworks / Creo)
・Most welcome for fresh graduate
