・Liaise with oversea sales companies & suppliers on the racket product development.
・Work closely with Japan Racket Team by getting guidance for global development project.
・Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global region.
・Perform market research, play test analysis and R&D in developing better performance racket product.
・Responsible for the procurement of development. Input with design direction, product structure,negotiated prices/ term so as to provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility,quality and delivery performance.
・Set up proper product data, code creation, manage packaging & shipping instruction.
・Ensure procurement & proper documentation for the issue & receipt of orders.
・Responsible on quality control to ensure goods are purchased according to required specifications.
・Maintain proper filing system & ensure effective document control for the easy access & retrieval.

応募要項・応募資格

・Able to communicate well in English, Chinese and Japanese
・Candidate must be a frequent player in at least one of the racket sports (Tennis, squash or badminton)
・Proficiency in the use of design software (Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, CorelDRAW...etc.), and also Microsoft window-based programs.
・Good team player who is independent and self motivated.
・Responsible, good negotiation and communication skills.
・Willing to travel oversea in the near future.
・Preferable candidate with some related working experience.
