・Support Outdoor Sales
・Prepare and issue documents
・Request quotation to PS and IPC vendor (RFQ)
・Request and follow-up new part sample and QA document from vendor
・Arrange part samples for submission to customer
・Liaising with vendor and customer to check the progress of new orders sales
・Prepare customer credit limit application for approval and filing
・Prepare and compile customer survey and vendor tooling survey
・Manage quotation system and document control (hyper-link and proper filing)
・Follow-up customer outstanding/overdue payment (report to Outdoor sales if require)
・Follow-up with shipping forwarder for IPC incoming part schedule and advise to Indoor Sales (Operation)
・Update packing list information for customer delivery
・Other duties assign by sales manager

・Fresh is OK(having sales support experience is better)
・Working experience in Japanese company is advantage
・Use microsoft
・Living close to company is better
・Age should be below 35 years old
・Hard works
・Quick respond
