・To manage the department staff members to ensure work completion on time and meeting the targeted departmental goals.
・To manage stock control of inventory.
・To manage the ERP system on Receiving & Inventory management.
・To manage the daily operation of warehousing, ensuring the timely and smooth flow of parts from receiving, arrangement to next process without fail..
・To lead the department continual improvement activities.
・To manage, plan & implementation of the ISO 9001 / 4001.
・To manage, plan & implementation of Canon’s compliance programs.
・To support the department on LMW licensing rules & requirement, trade related functions and cost down activities.
・To plan and manage department budget.

応募要項・応募資格

·Bachelor degree in any discipline.
·8 years of managing work experience in warehousing and shipping/forwarding logistic environment.
·Familiar with imports/ exports procedures such as custom clearance, air/sea freight shipments and etc.
·Knowledge of Security Trade Control is an added advantage.
·Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 & 14001:2015 is an advantage.
·Knowledge of PC applications and ERP system
