INTERIOR DESIGNER

Four Leaf Partners Sdn. Bhd. is a growing interior designing & construction firm in Malaysia . Established in the year of 2012 as a space planning and design company, we also offer consultation and project management to its clients. In 2017 , we began expanding with customized furniture , office furniture and Migusa Tatami Floor Mat.
In order to accommodate with our growth, we’re looking for cheerful and responsible site supervisor to work with our profession.

To design and handle renovation projects
Inclusive of commercial, residential, office and shopping lots.

・To create conceptual design with colour rendering
・To develop interior design proposal
・To liaise with clients in order to understand their needs prior to designing
・To prepare quotation
・To source on materials and new construction partners
・To liaise with site supervisor, contractors and several parties on renovation matters
・To plan and work out on project schedule, follow up on site renovation progress
・To check renovation defects and solve site problems
・To visit site for measurements and make progress report

応募要項・応募資格

・A team player with teachable heart and willingness to learn is strongly needed.
・Knowledge in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator. Ability in handling 3Ds Max will be an added advantage
・Well planner who are able to meet datelines
・Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Interior Design
・Able to communicate in basic business English
・Although it’s not necessary , but ability in Japanese will be an added advantage
・Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

We encourage and provide training to our staff who doesn’t know how to use 3Ds Max, which would be beneficial to your career.
