・Coordinate, manage & promote the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 System.
・Lead Quality Improvement Activity.
・Handle customer complaint & other quality compliances.
・Makes & manages the Annual Budget.
・Coordinate & plan for quality improvement
・Responsible for the treatment of customer complaints, customer specific requirements and also coordinate queries from the sales and marketing and provide technical service from time to time.
・Work together with other department heads to build up the ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Quality System and its operations.
・Review the manpower planning for his department on an annual basis and from time to time when the need arises.
・Coordinate with the relevant authorities involved in the registration of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 & other technical registration authorities from time to time.
・Conduct the quality-related audits based on audit program and planning at PAP Plant & outsourced.
・Plan & implement QMS assessment & review the quality procedure from time to time.
・Work together with other departments to ensure QMS training program & review it on a regular basis.
・Implement Safety & Health policies and procedures Environmental Management System and oversee the implementation of 5S.
・Reporting timely to superior on all important issues.
・Issuance of monthly report to superior.
・And other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

応募要項・応募資格

・Degree in Chemistry or Chemical related
・8 - 15 years working experience with at least 5 years experience in Managerial Level.
・Working experience in Chemical/Petrochemical Plant or ISO Certified Manufacturing Company would be an added advantage.
・Good knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience in Quality Management (QMS) System and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) System.
・Excellent quality mind set, good acumen in business / commercial strategy. Possess strong report writing and presentation skills. ・Possess strong communication, negotiation and capable of multitasking.
・Possess high level of integrity and professional ethics.
