・Mechanical design of the IC socket used in the semiconductor back-end process, according to customer's specifications.
・Development work including material selection and design verification for products which are increasing the sales.
応募要項・応募資格
・Degree in related field
・Experience in design (within the range of planning to mass production start-up, but not too narrow)
・Experience of meeting with customers
・3 years & above in related filed
・Experience in Engineering drawing
・Familiar with CAD operation(Solidworks/Creo) is preferable
