Malaysia cosmetic manufacturer became a wholly owned subsidiary by Mandom Corporation

Mandom Corp, a leading cosmetic brand for men, announced that it acquired Malaysia cosmetics manufacturer ACG INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. (Head Office in Kuala Lumpur, hereinafter referred to as ACGI).
Shares transfer agreement signed on November 22, 2018. It said that it will acquire 100% of the shares and make it a wholly owned subsidiary.

ACGI develops young women's makeup brand "SILKYGIRL" mainly in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asia countries. Also, some of their products have acquired Halal certification.

Mandom wants to further increase its presence in Southeast Asia by making ACGI a subsidiary.
