Cybernet System - Establish a subsidiary in Malaysia

Cybernet (HQ: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) announced on 13th December that it had established an overseas subsidiary in Malaysia. The capital is RM7.2 million (about 195 million yen), and it is a wholly owned subsidiary by the Cybernet system.

Main operations of subsidiary include sales of CAE solutions, technical support and consulting support. Using the 30 years experience of CAE business in Japan and overseas, we will expand into the ASEAN region, aiming to penetrate the brand's name popularity in Asia and expand business.

Location is the center or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Establishment is on November 29, 2018, and scheduled to start business from February 1, 2019.
