Production Manager – Subang

Job Description

·Manage the operational and fiscal year activities of overall department (staffing levels, budget and financial goals).
·Responsible to meet overall department productivity and quality goals.
·Provide leadership and support to Top Management’s policy to ensure goals achievable.
·Provide technical and project management leadership for the team/ department.
·Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve operating quality and efficiency of the department.
·Propose and manage new projects if required ensuring that target/ goals for cost, quality, safety and manufacturability of products met the requirements.
·Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
·To provide coaching, training, developing & motivation to staffs.
·Collaborated with another department to increase company sales in term of keep machine delivery date, set up on time and reduce claim from customer trough proper plan and arrangement

Requirements

·Preferable Chinese
·Degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electromechanical) or equivalent
·Minimum 8 years related working experiences.
·Strong skills in management of similar capacities.
·Able to demonstrate leadership in management of a production team and preferable from a reasonably large manufacturing entity that is structured in areas of production management.
·Some diagnostic and Problem Solving background.
·High sense of urgency.
