IT Customer Operation Support – KL

Job Description


・Responsible for providing technical assistance and support for our clients and partners, related to integration and operation of digital advertisement analysis tool on their web/app system.
・Response to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements the solution, in hand with our system teams in HQ and other countries branches.
・Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
・Walks customers through the problem-solving process.
・Runs reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
・Provide sales support in terms of system operation, including but not limited to create a campaign, set rewards, upload banner and validate conversions. Need to be skilled in data processing in Excel.

Requirements


・4 years of experience in providing system or software integration support
・3 years experience of technical support or in-house system support/management
・Experience in development with JavaScript (the private project is also acceptable)
・Willing to work on a weekend or Public Holiday when necessary.
・Flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization.
・Preferred experience in digital marketing industry or website or web application development
