Internal IT Support – KL

Job Description


・Owns designated software or hardware systems, and take responsibility for their maintenance and operation.
・Educates and assists with meetings, training materials, and goal-setting involving information technology (IT).
・Organizes own workload sets priorities and works within deadlines.
・Responds to technical requests and outages, resolving problems in a timely manner.
・Provides expertise and advice on appropriate use, forecasting needs and offering recommendations.
・Ensure the endpoint security is in line with IT security policy.
・Maintains daily performance of computer and web systems.

Requirements


・4 years of experience in providing system or software integration support
・3 years experience of technical support or in-house system support/management
・Experience in development with JavaScript (the private project is also acceptable)
・Willing to work on a weekend or Public Holiday when necessary.
・Flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization.
・Preferred experience in digital marketing industry or website or web application development
