Production Control Senior Executive – Subang

Job Description

・To liaison/communicate with inter-departments and inter-companies on Job Orders within the planning schedule (covers from Order Open until Close). As a leader for executives.
・To alert on the latest operation rules that being set by company.
・To prepare and analyze the monthly module usage, and trigger the problem departments for continuous improvement.
・To proceed monthly job closing in ERP System & generate Sales Report.
・Actively discuss with Assistant Manager/Manager on the issues with counter measures.
・Aggressive in daily operation’s improvement activities.
・To prepare proper ISO Documentation along the daily operation.

Requirements

・Degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration
・2 years working experience in manufacturing scheduling.
・Good in negotiation skill with facts finding and problem solving skill.
・Good in Microsoft Office (Advance level), especially presentation in graph.
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English.
