Japanese Speaking Sales Engineer

Job Description

・Plan and strategies sales and marketing activities to achieve sales target
・Participate in tender submission and involve in technical problem solving related to product and process
・Develop, present, respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry
・Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products/services to customers and prospective customers
・Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies and the latest product-line developments
・Research and identify potential new markets and customers
・Maintain sales forecasting reports

Requirements

・Fluent in Japanese language (Business level) JLPT is not mandatory
・Either from a similar industry or Japanese manufacturing company sales experience
・Travel to Philippine frequently (1-2 weeks per month)
・Have strong relationship with Japanese clients (such as client dinner)
・Degree, Professional Degree in Chemistry or related field
・Technical skill to explain, proficiency in waste water drafting design, sizing and calculation for specialty products
・Service mind & customer focus, Attitude of team work & learning
・Ability to travel
・Possess highest level of integrity
・Self-driven with independent work organization
・Possess own transportation
・Preferably Senior Executive specialized
