Japanese Speaking Senior Maintenance Engineer cum operation – Johor

Job Description

・To manage the overall production
・Hands-on maintenance, repair & servicing machine parts.
・To assign daily production duties to ensure smooth running at production.
・To prepare and maintain daily production report.
・To conduct the regular meeting to ensure the production target and quality requirement are achieved.
・To schedule and plan for production output to meet the customers’ delivery schedule.
・Improve Productivity and Operation Cost.
・To ensure the works compliance to the rules & regulations of Safety & Health
・Manage manufacturing process to ensure product were deliver on time and under/within budget while maintaining quality standards.
・Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Managing Director.

Requirements

・Diploma & above
・Experience in manufacturing process and tasks in all production area
・Good to have skills or experience in machine & equipment maintenance that will be an added advantage.
・People management experience
・Experience with workplace organization (5S)
・Required minimum 5 years working experience in running & managing the production department.
・Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English and Japanese Language
