Logistic Admin Executive (6 months contract) – Shah Alam

Job Description


・Manage and arrange local sporting products delivery according to Sales staffs instruction.
・Liaise with outsider (Warehouse) for transfer and delivery of stock to company office or to Dealers.
・Pick and Pack according to delivery order.
・Develop shipping label and other label as requested by salesmen.
・Communicate with transporter courier for cargo pick up
・Verify all in and out shipment:
-to/from company warehouse
-Verify all in and out shipment before loading to van / transporter vehicle
・To check and update inventory stock card at company warehouse to ensure accurate in every entry.
・Update PO / Shipment list for sales staffs reference.
・Monitor PO shipment date and liaise with vendor directly to arrange shipment in / to Malaysia.
・Liaise with shipping companies and on incoming shipment.
・Good receipt shipment in SAP.
・To perform monthly stock take for items store at company warehouse and reconcile immediately in case discrepancies
・Perform other duties as requirement by management.
・Generate SAP documentation including pick list, transfer, delivery order and invoice.
・Keep proper record and filing of all local picks and deliveries.
・To issue sporting goods PO in SAP, according to Sales staffs instruction.

Requirements


・Diploma holder
・Min 1 years related working experience
・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
・Preferable Male candidates as sometimes need to pack and move products
・Must able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
