Procurement Logistics Solution Executive – PJ

Job Description

・Make sure the cargo deliver on time to Panasonic factory and sub-con base on their requirement date.
・Make sure the supply cargo with correct quantity and correct price to prevent any discrepancy happen.
・Listen to company's factory voice and review data to find opportunities for improvements, set mutually agreeable targets and accomplish them
・Follow up daily operation, quotation issue to factories or sub-cons.
・Suppliers schedule arrangement, follow up and monitoring.
・To update factory forecast to suppliers.
・Quality defect follow up with suppliers.
・Monthly stock count participation.

Requirements

・Diploma holder & above
・Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin
・Knowledge of purchasing or logistics
・High energetic with sense of urgency, able to work fast with accuracy.
