Job Description
・Operator of metal heat treatment equipment
・Heat treatment practice (factory work)
・Liaise with Japan HQ closely.
・Assisting with specification, procurement and installation of equipment
・Assisting with process documentation and controls
・Interpretation to Japanese
・Practical training in Japan for 6 months~1 year
・Technical explanation to customers
Requirements
・Fluent in Japanese speaking
・Fresh graduates are acceptable, but not high priority(if he/she can manage Japanese)
・Diligent and high motivation to work
・Willing to commit to Manufacturing environment
・Willing to training in Japan for about a half-year
