Job Description
・Operation support when clients joining their services
・Respond to inquiries from clients using the service and coordinate internally
・Research and verification of inquiry issues
・Preparation of manuals, guides, etc.
Requirements
・A personality that is intellectually curious and enjoys taking on new challenges and new things.
・Communication skills to be able to listen and understand what others are saying and communicate what needs to be said.
・Basic knowledge of the Internet, HTML and CSS
・Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N1)
