Warehouse Assistant Manager – Subang Jaya

Job Description


・Ensure full compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
・Responsible for daily smooth operations of the whole warehouse and logistic.
・Continuously improve the service level, speed of work and cost effectiveness of inventory management, warehousing, incoming and outgoing operations.
・Able to work in fast paced and aggressive environment.
・Optimize transportations to maintain effectiveness and lower the total costs of cargo handling and transportation.
・Ability to lead, supervise and inspire the warehouse team to increase work productivity and discipline.
・To ensure all warehouse & logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.
・Responsible for all stock counts and variance reports to feedback to Management with constructive reaction/plan to reduce recurring variances.
・Performs multi tasks and any ad hoc assignment as required by the Management
・Report to Assistant General Manager(Japanese)

Requirements


・Minimum five (5) years of working experience leading the warehousing / logistics department;
・Preferable with Diploma or Degree qualification;
・Self-driven, team player, strong leadership, dedicated and high sense of integrity
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
・Must be honest, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities;
・Strong analytical, planning and time management skills;
・Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
