Job Description

・This position is more like sales coordinator
・more than 90% are Japanese clients
・Mainly working at office
・Report to Factory Director(Chinese)
・This position mainly focus on existing clients
・Process of order from existing customers
・Process of existing clients
　process the order and reply delivery time to the customer
・Documentation
・Follow up the delivery time and make sure to deliver the goods on time. In case of delay. Inform customer at earliest possible point
・Prepare documents necessary for the shipment
・Assign proper assignment for smooth delivery to the customer
・New Customer Market Development / Establish New Customer
・Cultivate undeveloped markets.
・End-User Development / Develop new end user, and connect with existing customer
・Maintain relationship with the customer (dealer)

Requirements

・Diploma holder
・Female
・Able to communicate well in English
