・Contacting clients to gain a better understanding of their requirements and needs, once received the inquiry from Sales Department.
・Developing a good understanding of Clients Company, their industry and corporate culture to find suitable candidate to fill their vacancies.
・Scanning through the CVs and conducting the phone or face-to-face interview with prospective candidates.
・Arranging interviews for candidates who have been short listed for a position as requested by client.
・Informs interview results to the candidates.
・Negotiating pay and salary structure as well as finalize arrangements between the clients and candidates.
・Perform other daily operation if require.
・Able to communicate well in English
・Able to work independence with minimum supervise
・Flexible personality and able to cope in rotation work.
・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
