Japanese Speaking Property Sales cum Admin Assistant - Johor
Job Description
・To handle sale and rental of property – viewing, liaising with agents/lawyers/ regulatory bodies and property administration for the said property
・To prospect to new Japanese customers for sales and rental
・To handle all scopes of paperwork and keep updated on latest news and policies related to Property market for your branch
・Manage and update WEBSITE for your branch office with latest property updates
・To handle inquiries regarding property for sales and rental from owners and potential customers
・To attend appointments on behalf of company and update the company
・To manage property maintenance, renovation matters and defect check for our customers
・To assist and support general administrative work and answer telephone calls.
・To answer reception door bell and welcome guests, receive postal and courier documents.
・To assist in any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements
・JLPT N2 & above, or able to speak, read and write fluently in Japanese
・Must possess driving license
・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
・Candidates must be interested in the field and have a motivation to learn
・Must familiar with the area around Penang / Johor
