・Manage customer’s enquiries, complaints
・Mainly email support
・Take care of Japanese customers who come to Malaysia
・Bus or car arrangement, make a reservation at a restaurant,etc
Requirements
・Must possess JLPT N2 & above
・Able to communicate in Japanese both in mails and phone calls
・Work experience is not required
