Job Description
・Manage & oversee the entire restaurant operation
・Ensure satisfactory level of customer services and cleanliness of outlets
・Able to handle customer complain & feedback
・To plan & develop guest loyalty programs
・Manage & lead staff as well as hire new employees
Requirements
・SPM & above
・Min 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager/Supervisor
・Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
・Critical thinker and problem solving skills
・Able to start immediately as Oversea Training is required
