Warehouse cum Sales Coordinator – Rawang

Job Description

・Assist Production Planning team in local and international business documents.
・To fully optimize utilization of available resources in achieving the company vision and objectives
and to continually improve on the operation overall efficiency.
・To maintain management system based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and to continually improve on
integrated management system to achieve quality products and services for continually improvement.
・To issue job orders and coordinate with production about customer requirements.
・To liaise with customers about delivery date.
・To liaise with logistic or courier company for the shipments.
・To update data in ERP system.
・Others :
-Support the payment collection from customers.
-Keep filing for all sales invoices and shipping documents.
-Prepare shipping documents for delivery or shipping.
-Support to record customers sales analysis data.

Requirements

・SPM & above
・Preferable with at least 2 years work experience in manufacturing environment.
・Computer literate.
・Basic knowledge in logistic and incorterm.
・Able to communicate with local and oversea customers.
