Human Resources & Administration Executive – KL

Job Description


・To handle expatriates mobility in tenancy matters such as:
>Liaison with property agents / Landlords
>Go on site visits
>Ensuring that tenancy agreements is in compliance with Company’s rules and regulations
>Handle Public Liability insurance matters
>Follow-up on deposit payments & refund
>Handle monthly rental payments
・To handle golf membership matters
・To handle recruitment matters such as:
>Liaison with recruitment agencies
>Draft and post job advertisements on online job portals
>Screen resumes
>Arrange interview session for shortlisted candidates
・To support in other HR Admin related matters

Requirements


・Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree.
・Good academic result. 2nd Class Upper (GCPA 3.00) and above.
・Candidate age between 24 - 30 years old
・1 year working experience in related field
・Good written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
・Knowledge in SAP/ECC system will be an added advantage
・Proficient in spoken and written English.
・Reliable, able to work independently and has a desire to grow with the company
・Possess an ethical mind, positive attitude, self-motivated with goof interpersonal and communication skills
・Responsible and meticulous with good working attitude and sense of team work.
