Process Engineer for Engineering department (Plastic Division) – Klang

Job Description

・To follow up repairing mould jig and fixture as per schedule or propose repairing whichever necessary.
・To follow up testing with production for new tooling and jug use
・Liase jig fixtures design with tooling.
・Continuous improvement in relation to efficiency and running cost by more efficient use of material, reduction of waste and automation.
・To follow up with related department for PPAP submission with comply to the customer requirement.
・Part specification control including cosmetic and drawing specification.
・Coordinate /lead all new product test as per customer requested. Coordinating FMEA, Control Plan, APQP & PPAP
・Process troubleshoot for new and existing models.
・To assist Engineering Manager to set up New Project/ New Part.

Requirements

・Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
・At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
・Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Rasa Klang.
・Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
・Required skill (s) : Auto CAD, drawing 2D and 3D, knowledge for TS/ IATF16949: 2016 (FMEA,Control Plan, APQP, & PPAP)
・Knowledge in plastic manufacturing is an advantange.
・Able to work independently and resourcesful.
・Sel-initiative and persistent personality.
・A good team player.
