Job Description
・Assist in general administration
・Support the Assistant Manager of Administration (Japanese)
・Managing the secondment schedule (moving, medical and other arrangements, cafeteria applications)
・Business Trip Management for Japanese staff
・Confirmation of the balance transaction with related group companies (*For this confirmation, Japanese is required)
・Support for business travelers (airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.)
・Management of the local trainee schedule and travel expenses
・International and internal communications support
・Administrative procedures for expense reimbursement (e.g., translating Japanese applications into English)
Requirements
・Diploma & above
・JLPT N2 & above
(have to translate EN - JP, Japanese will use by call & mail as well )
・2 - 3 years working experience
