Job Description

・Make sure internal inspection before handover
・Window of product problem (Interpose field engineer and factory)
・Investigation when occur a unknown trouble (not function properly, vibration, noise, etc)
・Joint QA checking at site (running comfort, performance, Design, etc)
・Troubleshooting, measure noise, vibration data, guide internal inspection method, quality patrol
・Make report, planning for training, advice for trouble shooting (contact with both site & factory)
・Business trip to overseas as well as domestic
・Communicate with Japan HQ and Factory in China

Requirements

・Diploma & above in Engineering field (Mechanical, E & E, Building, Mechatronics)
・Min 2 years experience in Field Quality works for Lift and Escalator
・Basic knowledge the Motor control and JKKP regulation
・Able to travelling to domestic and oversea often
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English
・Conversion HEX, DEC, BIN, Use PMT and Analyze frequency and Multi-meter.
