・Design new unit/machine part according to requirement and specification (Minor / Major)
・Fully in charge of machine trouble-shooting in house
・To provide support/information to customer for machine operation and problem solving
・In-charge of small scale hardware design (i.e. add sensor, solenoid valve) with/without guidance from superior.
・Feedback software program to other machine
・Create simple program, software feedback, compiling and creating executing file accordingly.
・Able to handle recognition test and conclude an improvement suggestion
・To provide information to Production engineer regarding machine general movement and unit movement
・Responsible in improving existing machine
・Responsible in machine cost down.

・To design simple assembly and parts drawing based on modification needed.
・To design small-scale option unit or modify from the existing option under advisory from supervisor.
・Handle machine order, selection of optimal units according to customer specification and issuance of overall machine with the guidance from supervisor.
・To design medium scale option by referring to similar design with the support from supervisor.
・To design all the conversion kit according to customer specification.
・To take part in MES discussion, specification confirmation and ISO quality management procedure for Design Department.
・Communicate with other departments to ensure any projects are carrying out smoothly and complete according to requirements.
・To do improvement in Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) project from time to time.

・Ability to give customer feedback, propose improvement measures & follow up customer feedback.
・Ability to raise idea in order to reduce cost, assembly and adjustment time through assembly and adjustment methodology.
・Provide training and guidance to new staffs.
・Make adjustment manual & work instruction for work simplification.
・Able to perform machine set up at customer site (without guidance)
・ Provide machine (internal & external) training and guidance to customers on parameter operation and product adjustment training
・Can detect and troubleshoot nonconformance problem and able to make discussion with Design Department to solve the problem.
・Provide assembly (internal & external) training and guidance to customers.
・Able to carry out internal & external machine buy off.

・Organizing sales visits
・Demonstrating and presenting products
・Establishing new business
・Maintaining accurate records & relationship with customers
・Feedback and support customer’s issues alongside customer service & engineering team
・Communication/feedback to HQ engineers, competitor’s information, machine’s merits & demerits
・Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
・Support superior to achieve sales budget and management’s goals.
・Expand market share with company’s ideals

・BtoBの対応になりますので一般的なビジネススキルが必要です。
・日本人のみの対応なので英語が話せなくてもOK
・カスタマーサポートの経験がなくても大丈夫です。

・日本のお客様の対応となりますが、ホテルとのやり取りもあるので多少の英語力は必要です。
