・Support Outdoor Sales
・Prepare and issue documents
・Request quotation to PS and IPC vendor (RFQ)
・Request and follow-up new part sample and QA document from vendor
・Arrange part samples for submission to customer
・Liaising with vendor and customer to check the progress of new orders sales
・Prepare customer credit limit application for approval and filing

・Go to condo to see inside and introduce

・Drive the customer to real estate (※if possible, with their own car)

・Due to COVID, it is difficult to move around, so 30% outdoor, 70% indoor work.

・To lead the team to achieve department KPI.
・To ensure documentation such as ISO/IATF documents, drawings, manual, check sheet are properly kept and update which follow company policy.
・To ensure availability of spare parts by managing of stock take activity and stock in/out record.
・Upgrade tools and equipment to improve efficiency and to shorten troubleshooting time.
・Discharge control for waste water treatment plant and dust collector.



Sales Executive – Shah Alam


・Expand company brand in Malaysia and support the clients.
・Sales: New and Current clients (50:50)
・1 sales has about 50 clients
・Support: Factory and inspect the products
・Business trip
 Almost every week, Sales goes to Penang, and stay 2-3 days.
・Drink alcohol with clients
・More than half clients are Local company, not Japanese company
・Do cold call, using the list prepared by company
*the clients said , sales person need to work in dirty, messy and hot place sometimes.
