• To be responsible with Malaysia Import & Sell standard and regulations.
• Liaise & familiar with Surunhanjaya Tenaga (ST), SIRIM (eg; SIRIM Test Report & SIRIM label) & Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) import standard and regulation.
• To process application through ST, SIRIM & MCMC platform.
• Monthly control, maintain & update models required by ST, SIRIM & MCMC standard by excel control sheet.
• To liaise and coordinate shipment with forwarding agents, and update vessel arrival schedule into system by Item.
• Familiar with import duty and regulation requirement.
• To perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by superior

・Support for Japanese customer from japan.

・Resolution of payment related inquires when escalated
・Manage month end close requirement
・Liaising with auditors on financial accounts & statutory filing and assisting in the review of financial reports
・Assist in monthly cost controls & analysis

・Manages the in-house network, programs the software used in the company
・Schedule management (Visualization of schedule / progress, Progress input interlocking)
・Productivity management (Visualization of productivity, Production performance data interlocking)
・Data aggregation interlocking (Paint usage data, Actual man-hour data)
・ Inspection evidence management (Structural inspection, Pre-shipment inspection, Photo evidence)
・ Defective record / recurrence prevention management (Bad event database, event / cause trend analysis, recurrence prevention effectiveness)

・System master maintenance
・Report generation and massaging
・System monitoring and handling if found error
・Make PDCA to carry out operation improvement.
・Provide solution/ideas to improve business operation flow/productivity
・Search new tool/equipment to support business operation needs

・Operation support when clients joining their services
・Respond to inquiries from clients using the service and coordinate internally
・Research and verification of inquiry issues
・Preparation of manuals, guides, etc.

・Maintenance of the network infrastructure of the network RAN Internet and internal systems.
・Troubleshooting to take care of servers, computers, and server equipment for internal systems.
・User support for PC and other internal systems and devices.
・Implement security and information leakage systems following with the head office in Japan.

・Report and analyze about the account to the Japanese manager, and japan HQ
・Daily report to relevant superior (Local Japanese speaker)
・Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
