・広告主の課題、目標に対してデジタル広告の戦略立案から実行、分析まで
・プロジェクト開始後、目標に対しての現状報告、課題に対して、各部門と連携から施策実行
・常に情報、技術が新しくなる為、自発的に情報収集を行う事が必須

・営業回り、販売プレゼンテーションおよび、学生への説明会
・管理業務及び旅行フェアの業務

• Prepared and issuing Purchasing Order to suppliers;
• Responsible to source materials, cost negotiation and discuss credit term with suppliers;
• Searching new suppliers;
• Communicate via phone calls and email with local and overseas suppliers;
• Monitor the shipment schedules, follow up on Purchase Orders delivery time, ensure the conditions of the products are match with Technician demand;
• Monitor and control the supplier cost sheet;
• Apply SIRIM import permit when necessary;
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

・To oversea and lead the entire operation at Klang branch
・To be responsible for the overall development and implementation
・To handle complaints and liase with internal/external as and when necessary
・Troubleshooting and problem solving

・Planning, implementation and management of a travel promotion project in cooperation with the travel industry
・Conduct a presentation for travel promotion,attend in seminars and workshops,market research of travel agency
・Survey on the Islamic Market
・Translate tasks (Chinese or malay to japanese / English).
・Other general office work.
