・　クリニックの受付(電話予約やウォークインの患者様対応)
・　日本側、マレーシア側での保険に関わる事務的な仕事
・　患者様の案内、医療通訳サポート
・　日時、月次の経理事務
・　その他クリニック運営上総務的な業務

・Make sure internal inspection before handover
・Window of product problem (Interpose field engineer and factory)
・Investigation when occur a unknown trouble (not function properly, vibration, noise, etc)
・Joint QA checking at site (running comfort, performance, Design, etc)
・Troubleshooting, measure noise, vibration data, guide internal inspection method, quality patrol
・Make report, planning for training, advice for trouble shooting (contact with both site & factory)
・Business trip to overseas as well as domestic
・Communicate with Japan HQ and Factory in China

・Check enquiry brief specification (tender spec.) of elevator to meet standard technical requirements
・Check minimum regulation requirement for elevator & escalator by each country
・Check or prepare layout plan when required
・Check the strength of elevator equipment by calculation tool
・Check escalator specification to meet standard technical requirement by calculation tool
・Check & prepare ordering document and drawings
・To provide training to oversea & local business partners
・To communicate with Japan HQ and Factory (China)
・Business trip to company business partner in oversea

・Welcoming patients and visitors in person or answering or referring inquiries on the phone or via SNS
・Interpreter linking patients and doctors

・To ensure company sales target is achieved and maintained continuously;
・Maintain good relationship with customers; advise them on Company’s services and products, price movements and other developments
・To liaise and feedback customer comments and information to internal department;
・Coordinate with internal resources to obtain optimum result;
・To oversee the entire sales of the company is achieved as per budget planning;
・Prepare sales report and documentation.

・Daily report to relevant superior. (to native Japanese)
・Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
・Maintains financial security by following internal controls and generate sales by using account system (MYOB) and report to HQ Japan.
・Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
・Work with accounting consulting firm as necessary.
・Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
・Follow up and chase client status with outstanding payment.
・Update Media premises table, claim form and relevant documentations.
・Create payroll data and submit to HQ Japan and accounting firm.
・Conduct recruitment of any departments.
・Prepare new staff requirement and programs.
・Keep us office always at comfortable level.
・Implement payment to suppliers as necessary.
・Keep any contractual documents in order. etc.

• To plan the Project Finance Arrangement with bankable project structuring
• To handle tender preparation in including documentation and internal approval process
• To promote, develop and implement the mobility and infrastructure business in Malaysia and overseas with strategic partners
• To develop and reinforce the relationship with important customers and strategic partners in Malaysia and overseas

・Communicate with client and in-house staff
・Travel interstate when needed(KL-Penang)
・Install and monitoring

・To sell the Robotics
・To achieve monthly sales target
・To build strong relationship with existing and potential customers
・Aggressively market & promote company products & services to potential customers
・To ensure timely response and support to customer's sales and technical enquiries
・To conduct market research and feedback to management
